Aathma Vanakkam Gurudeva, I have been practicing Gurudeva Vaasi Yogam for the past 1 year. Till then I was in thirst of learning different meditation practices but Gurudeva made an end point to my search. When he taught me first time, I felt more vibration and but thought what this simple technique will do in my life. But when I started practicing daily, I noted so many changes within me. Now, whenever I go to temple, I can realize the vibe in third eye. This simple ideology can only be attained through Gurudeva. Whenever I am in trouble, he guides me in proper direction. I wonder how is it possible to feel this energy by sitting abroad!!. Once I spoke to Devi amma, she is yet another gem. She is too down to earth which I never expected. Love u Devi amma.

What he preaches, he does. Here is an example for that.. I planned to provide grocery items to tribals and informed Gurudeva, he immediately responded. He gave full support and that event was possible only because of Gurudeva. Thank you Gurudeva 😊

Now, whenever I concentrate on third eye, I can feel energy and sometimes I shed tears. There is a proverb “when the student is ready, teacher appears.” Its true to me. I am so blessed to have you in my life Gurudeva. Its immense pleasure to be in part of Gurudeva Vaasi Yogam. Thanks for everything you did for me and be with us always Gurudeva.

Dear Guruji, I would like to say thankful to you because you have given me a peaceful life through meditation.

My experience is that whenever I sit for meditation automatically my head goes backwards and my two eyes started to twinkling after that my center of my eyebrows started to vibrate and it shows me like a Oli (a Light). Above all, I have realized myself as being more peaceful and happy.

Nowadays the vibrations are starting from head to toe and it started to move chakras. In the zoom meeting, guruji taught us the simple meditation techniques and good things to learn for life. Now I am very happy; peaceful and doing all my duties with responsibilities in my life.

குருதேவாவின் எளிமையான வாசியோகம், எப்படியென்றால் நாம் புருவமத்தியில் அனைத்தையும் சமர்ப்பித்து விட்டு சிவனே என்றிருந்தால் வாசி மூச்சு தானாக அடங்குகிறது என்பதுதான். அதனால் எனதருமை இளைஞர்களே இளைஞிகளே! காற்றுள்ள போதே தூற்றிக்கொள் எனும் பழமொழிக்கேற்ப குருதேவாவின் எளிமையான ஆனால் முதலும் முடிவுமான உபதேசத்தை சிரத்தையுடன் உள்வாங்கி இகபர சௌக்கியத்தை அடையுங்கள்.

 குருதேவா உபதேசம் செய்தார். என் புருவ மத்தியில் ஒரு மாஜிக் செய்தார். இதுவரை எனக்கு இப்படி  ஒரு அனுபவம் எங்கும் கிடைக்கவில்லை. நான் புருவ மத்தியில் எல்லாம் சமர்ப்பித்து விடுவேன். குருதேவா சரணம் என்று புருவ மத்தியில் இறக்கி வைத்து விடுவேன். 

 நாம் சும்மா இருந்தாலே போதும் அற்புதங்கள் நடக்கும் .. வாழ்க்கையில் அமைதி இருக்கும் .. எதிர் பார்ப்பு இருக்காது.. தலைக்கு மேல் ஈர்ப்பு இருக்கும் .. எப்போதும் அதிலே இருக்க வேண்டும் என்று தோன்றும் .. மூலாதாரத்தில் இருந்து வரும் சக்தி முதுகு தண்டின் வழியே புருவ மத்தியில் வெளிப்படும். 

புருவ மத்தியில் இருந்து நாம் எதையும் யூகித்து இப்படி இருக்குமோ இல்லை அப்படி இருக்குமோ  என்று பார்க்க தேவையில்லை. நம்மை தானாகவே சிவ நிலைக்கு அழைத்து செல்லும்.. ஆத்ம வணக்கம்

Gurudeva Aathma Vanakkam

I am Yoga, Gurudeva’s younger brother. We both started to practice basic pranayamas (breathing exercise) from Art of Living Yoga classes in 2003. However we didn’t continue to practice as we couldn’t make any significant improvement.

In 2018, I had so many problems in my life and I decided to just concentrate the breathing and focusing the 3rd eye spot. I felt something different at that time and did the same continuously thereafter.

I explained this to my brother Gurudeva, he just said me to meditate under his guidance. To Be Frank, I have gained more peaceful and blissful experience during this which I have never experienced before.

Now I am practising Vaasi Yoga regularly and my experiences are very similar to other Vaasi Yoga practitioners.

Athma Namaskaram to Gurudeva, I always do meditation as per the guidance of Gurudeva ayya and at that time my breath will go upwards slowly to ajna chakra and I feel very well energy both in my ajna chakra and sahasrara chakra and the energy spreading into my whole body. Whenever I do meditation I get this state of experience and really this is an excellent experience. Sometimes I also get the experience when I simply idle. I submit my heartfelt gratitude to Gurudeva ayya for making me get this divine experience.

Gurudeva aathma vanakkam During my search it was a miracle that I met gurudeva… A motherly lady from Malaysia spoke to me saying that gurudeva from Australia will give deeksha straight away without any practice sessions…. To my surprise I felt a change when he talked through whatsApp. The change was physical.. Not a piece but a scintillation from the toe to the crown. I realized that something is melting… THE MIND…. Subsequent meditation conversations revealed that the root chakra vibrated which pushed the energy to the third eye in the forehead through the spine and the crown vibrated which was ultimate but not ultimate because gurudeva made us understand in the group that the eternal is limitless.

ஆத்ம வணக்கம் குருவே. ஒவ்வொரு நாளும் தியானம் என்பது என்னுள் நடந்துக்கொண்டே இருக்கிறது. சில சமயங்களில் ஏற்றயிறக்கங்களும் உண்டு. ஆனாலும் அவற்றை எல்லாம் நான் கடந்தும் வருகிறேன். இந்த தியானத்தில் எனது மனம் பக்குவம் அடைந்து வருகிறது. நேற்றை விட இன்றைக்கு ஒவ்வொரு நாளும் நன்றாக இருக்கிறேன் ஐயா.

ஆத்ம வணக்கம் குருவே குருவே சரணம்  

 நானும் தினமும் குரு சொன்னார் போல் அஅஅ…உஉஉ… ம்ம்ம்… சொல்லி எல்லாவற்றையும் புருவ மத்தியில் விட்டு விட்டு தியானம் செய்ய தொடங்கினேன். டிசம்பர் 26, 2021  அந்த ஒரு நாள் என் வாழ்க்கையில் மிக பெரிய மாற்றத்தை கொடுத்த நாள், குரு எனக்கு தீட்சை கொடுத்தார் மிகவும் அற்புதம் அன்று குருவுடன் தியான் செய்யும் போது மூச்சு எனக்குள் அடங்கியது  மனது அமைதியான நிலை என் முதுகில் இருந்து ஏதோ ஒன்று தலைக்கு ஏறியது போல் இருந்தது அது போன்ற உணர்வு நான் அன்று தான் உணர்ந்தேன் மேலும் தொடர்ந்து தியானம் செய்யுங்கள் என்று கூறினார்.  பின் உங்கள் கடமையை பொறுப்பா செய்ங்க  முகத்தில் புன்னகையுன் இருங்கமா என்று குரு சொல்லிவிட்டு போன் வைத்து விட்டார். பின் நான் தொடர்ந்து தியானம் செய்ய ஆரம்பித்தேன் எனக்குள் நிறைய மாற்றங்களை நான் உணர ஆரம்பித்தேன்.  இதற்கு நம் குருவே காரணம்.  நன்றி குருவே

குருதேவாவின் இந்த அற்புதமான தியானம் வாழ்வில் மிகப்பெரிய மாற்றத்தை ஏற்படுத்துள்ளது. நாம்
அமைதியாக அமர்ந்து நமக்குள் இருக்கும் உணர்வு நிலைகளை புருவம் மத்தியில் சரணடைந்து நமது வேலைகளை பொறுப்புடன் இருந்து செய்யும்பொழுது பிரச்சனைகளும் நமது தேவைகளும் தானாக பரிபூரணமாக பூர்த்தியாகின்றது.

உடல் நிலையில் ஏதாவது மாற்றம் ஏற்பட்டாலும் உடனே தியானத்தில் அமர்ந்து தியானம் செய்யும்பொழுது சிறிது நேரத்தில் முழு உடல் ஆரோக்கியமும் ஏற்படுகின்றது நமது எண்ணம் சொல் செயல் எல்லாம் தூய்மையானதாகவும் அற்புதமானதாகவும் உள்ளது. அற்புதமான மனோநிலை மாற்றத்திற்கு குருதேவாவுக்கு கோடான கோடி நன்றி நன்றி நன்றிகள்

அனைவருக்கும் வணக்கம்,

தேவாவின் ஆத்தையாகிய நான் சாந்தினி சென்னையில் வசிக்கிறேன் . உங்கள் குரு தேவாவாக இருக்கும் தேவா குருஜி எனக்கு அண்ணன் மகன் ஆகதான் தெரியும் 44 வருடமாக தூக்கி வளர்த்த தேவா இன்று குருஜி யாக உயர்ந்து எல்லோருக்கும் பெருமை சேர்கிறார். கடந்த ஒரு வருடமாக என்னையும் இந்த தியானத்தில் மன அமைதி, நம்பிக்கை, அற்புதம் எல்லாம் உண்டாகும் என கூறி ஒரு எளிய தியானத்தை சொல்லி கொடுத்தார். எனக்கும் மனதில் சில பிரச்சினைகள் இருக்கத்தான் செய்தது. நானும் அந்த தியானத்தை மன பூர்வமாக செய்ய தொடங்கினேன். தியானம் செய்ய தொடங்கியதும் என்னகுள்ளே சில மாற்றங்கள் வரத் தொடங்கியது. எல்லாம் பிரச்னைகள் திராவிட்டலும் ஏனோ ஒரு அமைதி, உற்சாகம் புதிய நம்பிக்கை மனதில் சந்தோசம் வர தொடங்கியுள்ளது. இதனால் இதை தொடர்ந்து செய்து வருகிறேன். இதை எல்லாருக்கும் தெரிய படுத்த விரும்பினேன். அதோடு இதை என் குரு தேவாவிற்கு சமர்ப்பிக்கிறேன்.
